Meet Victoria Seros Your Family Law Legal Paraprofessional
Victoria Seros is an Arizona native and grew up on a small ranch in Cornville, Arizona. She had a unique upbringing as an only child and spent much of her youth with her grandparents who instilled in her a deep understanding of core values such as honesty, integrity, compassion, grit and the importance of service to others. Out of this, Victoria developed a solid moral compass which she strongly relies on in both her professional and personal life today.
Victoria graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s in Philosophy, with concentration in Morality, Politics and Law. After obtaining her undergraduate degree, Victoria began working as a paralegal for a well established family law and civil litigation firm in Phoenix, Arizona. While working, Victoria attended the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Master’s in Legal Studies, with a concentration in Family Law. Victoria became licensed to practice Family Law as a Legal Paraprofessional in October 2023.
In 2024, Victoria founded Seros Law, P.L.L.C. with a clear mission: Provide compassionate and expert family law legal services at an affordable rate. Victoria has seen the shortcomings of many traditional law firms; namely, unnecessarily prolonged litigation resulting in excessive legal expenses and poor outcomes. She has a deep understanding of the significant emotional and financial toll family law cases carry; for that reason, Victoria strongly believes in her client-centered and resolution-driven approach to litigating family law cases through compassionate guidance, aggressive advocacy and setting of realistic expectations. Victoria is driven by service to others and strives to achieve positive and long-term solutions, so that her clients can move forward with a clean slate and strong foundation for future success.
Victoria has experience in handling challenging and trialing situations, and she is confident in her ability to produce positive and lasting outcomes for her clients. Some of the areas of family law in which Victoria’s experience, proven skills and client commitment can benefit you are as follows: Drafting and disputes, negotiation and settlement agreements, divorce or legal separation, property and debt division, child custody/legal decision-making, visitation/parenting time and child support, relocation, paternity and parental rights, modification and enforcement of court orders.
During her free time, Victoria enjoys spending time with her daughters and husband, hiking, and riding horses on her grandparents’ ranch in Cornville, Arizona. She actively volunteers with St. Mary’s Food Bank and is also an active member of her church, where she enjoys volunteering at Sunday services.
Victoria Seros is an Arizona Legal Paraprofessional ("L.P.") and affiliate member of the State Bar of Arizona. She is not an attorney. She is licensed to represent individuals in most family law cases as an Arizona Legal Paraprofessional; however, she cannot provide any advice, opinion or recommendation about possible legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, or strategies beyond the scope of what my specific license and Family Law endorsement allow, as outlined in ACJA § 7-210.
