Areas of Practice

  • Choosing to dissolve your marriage can be a complex and emotionally charged process. Couples often need to address a variety of issues, such as community property division, spousal maintenance, child custody arrangements and more. Navigating these issues effectively is crucial to ensuring fair outcomes, protecting individual rights and safeguarding your family's future. At Seros Law, our goal is to provide you with clarity and support as you move through this challenging transition.

  • Legal decision making, parenting time and child support (formerly "child custody") are key components which must be addressed in many divorces and separations. Experience with crafting tailored parenting plans which address your family's specific needs is imperative, as these plans dictate a child's living situation and decision-making about their upbringing. At Seros Law, we are committed to providing expert guidance to help you make informed choices in your child's best interests, ensuring a positive outcome that bolsters their emotional, physical and financial stability.

  • Establishing paternity is critical in safeguarding two basic rights you have as a parent: (1) to participate in the legal decision-making process of your child and (2) to ensure access to your child via a regular parenting time schedule. Paternity establishment not only secures a child’s right to a relationship with both parents but also ensures access to benefits such as child support and health care coverage. Navigating these legal matters is essential for parents seeking to assert their rights and wanting to ensure their child's well-being. At Seros Law, we will help you take the right steps to foster a supportive environment for your child and lay the groundwork for a healthy co-parenting relationship.

  • While we wish to see marriages last a lifetime, we understand that life often presents unexpected challenges. Prenuptial agreements serve to protect both parties by clarifying financial expectations, safeguarding individual property, and providing a framework for conflict resolution in the event of a divorce. By addressing potential issues upfront, a prenuptial agreement can foster open communication regarding future expectations and create a solid foundation for a lasting relationship. At Seros Law, we will work with you to prepare a tailored prenuptial agreement that meets your specific needs and circumstances and ensures peace of mind as you embark on your journey together.

  • At Seros Law, we know that every client has unique needs, and no two cases are the same. That is why we offer efficient and cost-effective legal document preparation services to help you save money and time, without compromising quality. Our family law document preparation services are designed to provide you with professional guidance and meticulously prepared documents, all while significantly reducing your legal expenses. We will ensure that your documents meet all legal requirements and accurately reflects your unique needs.

What is a Legal Paraprofessional?

A Legal Paraprofessional (“LP”) is a newly created license in Arizona that allows qualified and experienced individuals to practice certain areas of law and provide legal services to the public. Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals are affiliate members of the Arizona State Bar and are held to the same stringent ethical standards as attorneys.  Legal Paraprofessionals who are licensed to practice Family Law can provide many of the same legal services as an Arizona family law attorney or divorce lawyer, with very few restrictions - and at a fraction of the cost.

Ms. Seros is licensed solely in the area of family law and her client centered practice is focused in divorce and family law litigation. Victoria possesses extensive knowledge of family law statutes and procedures, and she is equipped to assist with essential tasks such as providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, filing motions, negotiating on clients’ behalf and representing clients in Court.

Because Victoria is not a “traditional” attorney, she is able to offer legal representation at a more affordable rate than a traditional family lawyer.

Family Law is our sole focus at Seros Law, P.L.L.C. We can assist with divorce, legal separation, child custody, legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, paternity and establishment of parental rights, modification, enforcement of court orders, hearing/trial representation, legal document preparation and more.

We are here to listen to you and help you navigate the legal system. We will gladly discuss your family law case with you at your convenience.
